Mother Earth is Angry

This fall I went to Sudbury and watched a video at the Imax theater on the disappearing icebergs in the Arctic. This was spectacular to watch, but brought home the fact that the north is melting away. We really need to get on the band wagon regarding global warming. It is a fact that the seas are rising and the earth is warming. The earth gave us everything we needed to sustain ourselves, but we disregard it like it won't matter. It will matter. We cannot go one like this. Our naive Indians knew that Mother Earth was our lifeline. They respected her and all she gave us.  We need do step up and do the same. Go take a walk in the woods and be mindful of what you see, hear and smell. Mother Earth is talking to us all the time. we need to open our senses and listen. She will always look after us if we give her the respect she deserves.
